Local Builder Barry Law approached me with this house of his. It's only 20' x 30' and the City can't allow him to expand footprint due to setbacks, so what do you do? After discussing with the fine folks at the City of Norman, I decided to Go UP 3 stories.
In such a small house, the stairs take up so much space. Finally decided to plop 'em down in the middle, allowing for symmetrical arrangment of rooms upstairs. Looking forward to seeing how this turns out. Barry seems willing to build some adventurous ideas. Construction should begin soon.
